We’ll start by first finding out how we can help. We’ll ask you to complete a questionnaire and provide some reading material to get the process going.
We’ll speak with both parties individually to assess if mediation is suitable, identify the core issues, and how best to facilitate the mediation.
We’ll provide you with resources to help you consider options before mediation day, including what your ideal outcome is and what are you willing to compromise on.
Along with the Mediator, parties will come together (in personal or virtually) to discuss their concerns in a supportive environment with a focus on finding solutions.
As mediators, our job is to help.
Thank you Stacey for facilitating a safe space to truly hear what each other were thinking, feeling and needing. The process not only saved our business.
It also saved our friendship.

What is mediation?
Mediation is an informal setting focused on tabling key issues, encourage discussion and find solutions in a safe and supportive environment with the help of an impartial facilitator, that being a mediator. Mediation is not adversarial in nature, but rather about empowering people to work together, collaboratively toward a resolution on their own terms. In many cases, Mediation may help to preserve the relationship, or at least not escalate the conflict, which is important in situations where there is a continuing relationship.
How much will mediation cost?
