Half Day (4 hours) – 10am to 2pm

$725 (Excl. GST) per party – $1,450 total

  • Pre-mediation conference of up to 1 hour with each party by video conference
  • Mediation for up to 4 hours by video conference or in-person
  • Reading of any relevant documents.

Full Day (7 hours) – 10am to 5pm

$1,175 (Excl. GST) per party – $2,350 total

  • Pre-mediation conference of up to 1 hour with each party by video conference
  • Mediation from 10am-5pm in-person or by video conference
  • Reading of any relevant documents.

Additional Fees:

*Additional time needed for the mediation, if available, is charged at $110 per hour incl. GST.

*If a venue is required, this can be arranged and charged to the parties at cost. A list of suitable venues can be provided upon request.

*Travel time over and above 10km from Newcastle Office or Gunnedah office will incur an additional cost of $0.75c per km + $50/hour
